IPC Textiles is a company specialized in design, production and distribution of home textiles and garment fabrics in France and Europe.
IPC Turkey
Founded in 2007 and based in Bursa, IPC Turkey is our production centre. We produce a wide collection of decorative and garment fabrics: sheers, jacquards, embroideries, coffee-curtains. They can be provided as finished products (ready-made curtains, bedspreads, cushions, etc.) or by rolls according to customer requests. Thanks to its integrated design team, IPC Turkey develops specific collections in private labels. IPC Turkey exports 100% of its production to Europe, mainly to wholesalers and chainstores. Thanks to our in-house design team, IPC Turkey can also develop specific private label collections. We are proud to export 100% of our production to Europe, mainly to wholesalers and retail chains.
IPC France
Founded in 2017 and based in Vichy, IPC France is our distribution branch. We distribute by direct delivery to retail stores in France and Europe a permanent collection of decorative and garment fabrics, available in ready-made, in rolls or in cutting system. Deco Dell'Arte collection is available in traditional stores, fabrics sellers, fabric & decoration generalists, designers, fashion houses….

Since its foundation, our brand DecoDell’Arte is committed to provide home textiles and garment fabrics with a personalized approach at reasonable prices. Our two-headed structure, combined with our logistical expertise, enables us to develop innovative new products every year and deliver them efficiently throughout Europe.
